Participation directives :

1 - Students can form teams of 3 to 5 people, including, if they wish, students from other disciplines or from other universities.

2 - Recent graduates who wish to participate must form teams of recent graduates only (2 or 3).

3 - Teams must register online before Wednesday, November 3rd, 2010 at 12:00am and providing the names and addresses of all team members, team leader, and the University name.

Submission directives

4 - A PDF of each team's panel (maximum size of 10MB) must be submitted using the FTP site by 21:00 on November 7th, using the details provided by the CCA. For the submission, each team captain will have received an email outlining FTP details.

5 - Each team will present one A1 format (514 mm x 841 mm), the board must be mounted on foam core and oriented vertically.
The total or partial thickness of the board cannot exceed 50 mm. The weight of the board cannot exceed 500 grams.
The submission on foamcore must not contain any modifications in comparison with the PDF file.

6 - All projects must be delivered before 12:00 on November 8th to Université de Montréal (local 2076, 2940, chemin de la Côte-Ste-Catherine - Métro université de Montréal).

7 - Identify the members of your team at the back of the board only.
