GUIDELINES
PARTICIPATION GUIDELINES
1. Students must form teams of 3 to 5 people, including, if they wish, students from other disciplines or other universities.
2. Recent graduates who wish to participate must form teams of 2 or 3 participants.
3. The Charrette is also open to Canadian university students who are currently participating in study-abroad or exchange programs. In addition, teams may include students from foreign universities, provided that at least one team member is affiliated with one of the following institutions: McGill University, Université du Québec à Montréal (UQÀM), Université de Montréal (UdeM), Université Laval, Carleton University, Ryerson University, or University of Toronto.
4. Teams must register online and provide the names, addresses, university affiliation of the team’s leader and other team members. Each team will receive a team number for identification.
SUBMISSION
5. Two digital panels (A2 horizontal in a single PDF format, maximum size of 10MB) must be submitted using the form received after your registration. The team number must appear in the file name and at the bottom right of the panel.
6. One video interview (30-60s) presenting the project (.avi, .mpeg4 ou .f4v format, maximum size of 30 MB). The team number must appear in the file name.
All project submissions (PDF, key images, video) will be posted on the Charrette 2013 website, with names of authors withheld until after the awards ceremony.
