The Visual Imagination: A seminar on the Interface Between Art and Science

Seminar, 14 July 2004

This seminar presents some of the material forming the central part of the research carried out for a number of years by Marina Wallace and Martin Kemp in their initiatives (mostly publications and exhibitions) in the interplay between art and science. Historical and contemporary material is presented, with direct references to specific projects, exhibitions, and publications. The context surrounding these projects and exhibitions is also discussed in detail.

Marina Wallace is the director of Artakt. As a Research Associate at the CCA, she is continuing her own research.
