This performance is part of Garage Club, a series of free experimental shows in the CCA’s garage during the summer.
Dead Dog is a Montréal-based pop industrial project; a mix of digital dance beats and hard rhythms, with vocals in English and Spanish.
Errhead’s tracks draw inspiration from dub-techno, early Warp Records catalogues, and contemporary artists such as Huerco S and Ramzi. The focus is on building a warm, spacious, tape-y sonic environment, with polyrhythmic percussion building a peaceful, hypnotic dance floor.
The 2019 Garage Club series is co-curated with Alexandra Mackenzie, a Montréal-based singer-songwriter-composer, performing artist, visual artist, and producer, best-known as Petra Glynt.
A cash bar will be available. Please note that the use of cannabis is not allowed on CCA grounds.
