Guided by an urgency to understand the fundamental ways that design can enact change in the built environment, To Build Law follows HouseEurope! in an open process of establishing partners, drafting positions, convening meetings, strategizing campaigns, and collecting votes to build a movement that aims to change the conditions of the architectural discipline in Europe. Produced by the CCA, the documentary is the second of a three-part film and exhibition series Groundwork.
To Build Law is presented in collaboration with HouseEurope!, b+, and station+, within the Corderie dell’Arsenale as part of the thematic “Collective Intelligence” at the Biennale Architettura 2025, Intelligens, curated by Carlo Ratti.
