- Sheet is dirty throughout and has tears and losses at the edges. Perforations at the l. edge indicate that sheet was formerly bound with other sheets, although most of l. edge is missing.

Inscription:

dated, and inscribed - by the draughtsman, on the original, l.r.: with title, contract date, note concerning the materials and "ORDER No. 1166"; and throughout: with dimensions and notes concerning the design of the stairs signed and inscribed - by the contractor, on the print, in graphite l.r.: "Revised / Winslow [?] Bros. Co."
