- Sheet is very dirty with many creases throughout and stains at r. Perforations at the l. edge of sheet indicate that sheet was formerly bound with other sheets.
signed - by the contractor, on the print, in pen and black ink, l.r.: "Simpson Bros." stamped and dated - on the print, in purple ink, l.r.: with contract date inscribed and numbered - by the draughtsman, on the original, l.c.: with title, architectural firm's name and "203 Rev'd" [within circles; drawing number]; l.l.: with key to symbols for the lighting fixtures; and throughout: with dimensions, functions of spaces and notes concerning the design of the partitions
