Physical characteristics and technical requirements:

- This drawing is in very poor condition with extensive creasing, dirt, tears and losses throughout. Some of the tears have been repaired with pressure-sensitive tape. Perforations at the l. edge indicate that the sheet was formerly bound with other sheets.

inscribed and numbered - by the draughtsman, in pen and black ink, l.r.: with title, architectural firm's name, a key to the building materials and "F1 [within circles; drawing numbers] / REVISED"; l.c.: with notes concerning construction and pier letters; and throughout: with drawing titles, dimensions, building components and materials, street names and compass point north
