inscribed, dated and signed - by the draughtsman, in pen and black ink, on the sheet, c. to c.r.: "Pedestrian access only in covered way. / Parking in layby [sic] in garage lot off / service road at ends of "rows""; l.l. to l.c.: "House of white formica panels / system - Turkish box. / Linear roof & site slab."; and l.r.: "31.1.57 / AMS." stamped - in red ink, on a paper label attached to the verso of the secondary support, u.r. to c.r.: "ALISON AND PETER SMITHSON - ARCHITECTS -"; and "Cato Lodge, / 24 Gilston Road, / London, SW10 9SR / 01-373 7423/3838" [the stamp consists of two circles, the outer circle contains the architects' names and the inner circle contains the address] stamped - in red ink, on a paper label attached to the verso of the secondary support, l.r.: "PLEASE RETURN" [portions of the letters "PLEA" are missing] imprinted and dated - by an unknown hand, in typescript and black ink, on a paper label attached to the verso of the secondary support, u.l. to l.l.: "PORTICO ROW / WARITE HOUSE / WHITE FORMICA ROW HOUSES / STRIP HOUSES / 31 January 1957. / Sketch of seated child's view / view [sic] of scooped[-]out 'vale' / as green center between / two rows of the 'private' / faces where no traffic / can penetrate[:] ideally the two / to six year olds play side / but 'life' attracts / this age group, hence / the annotation on the sketch plan."
