Description:

This group of drawings show renovations for a one-storey two bedroom house at 41 Newport Street. Renovations include a screen or wall with an integrated cupboard with sliding doors to separate the kitchen from the dining area, and a teak mantle shelf for the living room fireplace. Two floor plans showing the house and site before and after the renovations show improvements to the yard, the addition of an exterior storage structure, and the creation of an entrance to the house directly from the garage. Drawings include detail drawings and existing conditions plans.
