Physical characteristics and technical requirements:

- Traces of glue and tape on the verso. The drawing was originally covered with plastic film adhered to the verso with tape. A piece of paper was attached to u.l. to u.r. of the verso. Both were removed for conservation reasons; the paper is stored with the drawing. Slides of the recto and verso of the object were taken prior to the removal of the plastic covering and are held in the Conservation Department's files.

numbered and inscribed - by the draughtsman, in red pencil, on a piece of paper attached to the verso, u.c., and verso, c.: "39 top" numbered and inscribed - by an unknown hand, in graphite, on a piece of paper attached to the verso, u.c.: "119 [circled] / 19.7 un Hoch" stamped - in red ink, verso, c.: "ZOLL / I-68" [within circle; upside down]
