- Sheet is trimmed unevenly and has several small tears repaired with pressure-sensitive tape. This sheet was probably removed from a larger sheet since the drawing appears to have originally continued further to the left and right.

inscribed and numbered - by the draughtsman, in graphite, c.l.: with compass points; u.c.: "TERRACE / FLOOR / BELOW"; c.: "WALK"; l.r.: "STAGE"; "AMPATHEATE [sic]"; and in various locations: with elevations, gradients, numbering of parking spaces and calculations stamped and numbered - l.r.: "#199" [cancelled with red pencil] numbered - by an unknown hand, in red pencil, l.r.: "244" [job number; beside the cancelled stamp]
