- Contemporary binding consists of marbled paper-covered boards with grey cloth-covered spine and corners. There are gold gilt inscriptions on black leather labels attached to the spine. Endpapers are of brownish white paper. Secondary supports are of brownish white cardboard. The book is comprised of an index and 24 photographs.
