- Contemporary binding consists of embossed, brown leather-covered boards and spine, with gold gilt decorative patterns. Endleaves are of white textured paper. The album contains 35 photographs, each of which is individually mounted on light whitish brown paper. Navy blue strips of tape bind the pages to the cover. There is one blank page, six pages from the front.
inscribed and dated - by an unknown hand, in pen and black ink, on the front flyleaf, verso, u.c. to u.r.: "To / W.B. Mulock Esquire C.S. / with Khan Bahadur Bomanji Sorabji's / Respectful Compliments. / Surat June 1887. labelled and imprinted - in typescript and white ink, on a paper label attached to the front endleaf, c.: "ENRICO DELLA CASA / CARTOLAJO [decorative emblem] BREVETTATO / DI S.M. IL RE D'ITALIA / GENOVA"
