Description:

The two pages show the recto and verso of a message slip which informs "Goodden" (Carol Goodden) that "Gordon Matta" (Gordon Matta-Clark) had placed 2 urgent calls to her at 3:50 and 4:47 (?) on 14 June 1976. Matta-Clark was calling to inform Goodden about the death of his brother, John Sebastian Matta. Goodden annotated the slip with "The Day Batan Died". The verso shows the names of various friends and their phone numbers.
