Scope and content:
File documents a set of planning design proposals for improved access to an area of British Railways lands, probably in Stratford, Newham, London, England, just north of the intersection of the North London Line, the Docklands Light Railway, London Transport's Central Line and the British Rail main line. The improved access was intended to be achieved primarily through the construction of new railroad sidings. Material in this file was produced in approximately 1989.
