The folded plates depict the oath of allegience ceremony held at the "Grand Theatre", a temporary architectural setting erected in "Place du Vendredy", engraved by Jan Baptist Berterham after Karel Ykens Ird. The oath of allegience ceremony held at the Sint-Baafskathedraal, engraved by Jan Baptist Berterham. A triumphal arch, engraved by Michael Heylbroeck after Jean-Baptiste van Volsum.
