Atelier Le Balto is a landscape workshop created in 2001 in Berlin by landscape architect Marc Pouzol, associated with urban planner Véronique Faucheur. The workshop creates parks and gardens oscillating on the borders of art and landscape. The book visits some of them -- missing gardens, such as the Jardin Sauvage (from the Palais de Tokyo in Paris, a founding project of the workshop), and others that are constantly inventing themselves, like the KW garden in Berlin or the Jubileumpark in Gothenburg.
