Illustrations: Frontispiece depicting a triumphal arch erected at the entrance to the Canale Grande, engraved by Giacinto Maina after Giovanni Antonio Selva and Giuseppe Borsato. Four numbered aquatint plates executed by Ferdinando Albertolli: one depicting the facade and the ground-plan of the triumphal arch after Selva, two plates of festive gondolas that were taking part in the regatta (c.f. Vinet) after Rizzi and Borsato, and one plate depicting the facade and the ground-plan of a temporary structure after Borsato. The plates are aquatints accordingly to Vinet.
