"The text of this book was set in Ehrhardt, a typeface based on the specimens of 'Dutch' types found at the Ehrhardt foundry in Leipzig. The origina design of the fact was the work of Nicholas Kis, a Hungarian punch cutter known to have worked in Amsterdam from 1680 to 1689. The modern version of Ehrhardt was cut by the Monotype Corporation of Londin in 1937."
