Summary:

A study of the Vigilio Barco Library, one of the four largest in Bogotá. Designed by Rogelio Salmona it opened in 2001. Its design was conceived from a circular structure surrounded by bodies of water, which creates an atmosphere of calm, placid and friendly areas. The building has three levels and different spaces are connected through a system of internal and external ramps slight promotion extends outward to provide a pleasant drive for interconnected terraces that allow visitors a panoramic view of the city.
