Summary:

Book comprised of four three-dimensional pop-up altars, each depicting a revered Tibetan Buddhist goddess. Meditation on these images allows the reader to identify with the divine qualities of the goddesses for enrichment of life. The illustrations are adaptations of traditional Tibetan "thangka" paintings, and are accompanied by a brief description of the goddess and her attributes, as well as a mantra for use in meditation.
