Summary:

Recordings of the panel discussion, "Architecture as installation", which brought together the participating architects of the exhibition part of the Laboratoires/Laboratories project with members of the local Montréal art and academic community to explore themes of architecture and art, held at the Canadian Centre for Architecture, Montréal, May 2, 2002. Presented as the last of three discussions in a series entitled "L'architecture, un langage commun / Architecture : a common language", organized as part of the Laboratoires/Laboratories project and held in conjunction with the exhibition "Laboratoires : six agences de jeunes architectes dans les salles du CCA = Laboratories : six young architectural firms in the CCA galleries", on view at the CCA, Apr. 18-Sept. 15, 2002. Includes opening and closing remarks by Nancy Dunton and comments by Phyllis Lambert.
