Maquette of the eventual automne & hiver 1931 issue of Architecture vivante devoted to the work of Walter Gropius, with annotations and manuscripts by Gropius and Jean Badovici, and original photographs by Lucia Moholy, Renger-Patzsch, Consemüller and others. Includes table of contents in ms.; 10 ruled sheets containing Badovici's ms. text for his introductory essay, l'Architecture en Allemagne"; the paginated plan pages with mounted blueprints and plans of Gropius projects, annotated by Badovici and Gropius; 25 plate pages of mounted photographs with annotations by Badovici and a ms. comment and identification by Gropius on all but two plates; and 4 letters from Gropius to Badovici, each signed "Gropius."
