Summary:

Located in Altrincham, Cheshire, the manufacturer of Skaymo Bricks specialized in wooden building sets, some complete with glass windows and silver cupolas. This set, of which the cover illustration has a decidedly 1930s flavour, includes elements for creating both modern and traditional structures: for the modern, simple blocks, rectangles and wedges, a few curved pieces, a green "door" piece with vertical grooves; for the more traditional, two pairs of columns. According to the manufacturer, the set is "specially designed by an architect to build real scale models of buildings."
