Cover graphic for the set, printed by Leipziger Kunstdruck-und-Verlags-Anstalt, depicts the Brooklyn Bridge, Forth Bridge and other engineering accomplishments. However, only the few stone pieces shown in the foreground of the picture resemble the contents of the box. Nothing akin to the complex structures portrayed can be built with the neo-classical castings in the set. The cover graphic also includes a phoenix with printed inscription "Phönix Marke registered."
