The cachet on two of the envelopes depicts the front façade of the Runnymede Public Library; the cachet on one 5-dollar envelope depicts the Bonsecours Market; the cachet on another envelope depicts the Provincial Normal School in Truro, Nova Scotia; the cachet on the second 5-dollar envelope depicts the Victoria Public Library.
