Major work on architect Edo Rocha who explains from his experience as an artist and architect as the use of iron, steel and stainless steel, influenced their projects and also the projects of other artists, architects and designers. In addition to a brief reconstruction of iron history, from the time that this metal and steel began to be used in art and architecture of the most admirable ways, watching the process of evolution of man from the earliest days. Iron and steel are among the rare materials to evolve at all levels of human work, with always amazing throws. They shaped continuously over time, generating numerous applications throughout history. The architect is responsible for projects of large corporations such as venture Senate Business Center (ESC), in Rio de Janeiro, designed to house the new headquarters of Petrobras. Edo Rocha is an architect, urban planner, artist and photographer. He is president of Edo Rocha Architectures. With an artistic career of more 50 years, participated in the International Biennial of Sao Paulo, in 1967 and 1969 editions, held several exhibitions in Brazil and abroad, is, since 1980, a member of the Modern Art Museum of Sao Paulo Council (MASP) and also serves on the Board of the Association of Architecture Firms (AsBEA).
