"San Rocco first presented Book of copies as a contribution to the Museum of Copies, the exhibition curated by FAT (London, UK) at the 13th Venice Architecture Biennale in 2012. The book of isolated trees, pyramids, cemeteries, war memorials, sanctuaries of forgotten religions, sacred territories, spires, labyrinths, castles, fortresses, monasteries, archaic concrete structures, arguably built by aliens, chasms and observatories for UFOs -- v. 2. The book of churches, mosques, parliaments, law courts, stock exchanges, theatres, natural history museums, planetariums, galleries, circular buildings, train stations, hospitals, police stations, prisons, hockey arenas, saunas, buildings shaped like animals and blue buildings -- v. 3. The book of highways, tunnels, gas stations in the desert, billboards, (s)torages, storages to be built along highways, mirror glass boxes, oil refineries, landfills, atomic power plants, anti-nuclear bunkers, airports, lighthouses, tv towers, Formula 1 race tracks, rollercoasters, zoos and american football fields -- v. 4. Summary:

A compilation of "books of copies". Each book of copies is composed of black-and-white photocopies in A4 format. Each book of copies has a title "naming a class of buildings that could be produced by copying the figures contained in the book."
