- Clamshell case of green cloth-covered boards with green leather label imprinted with title in gold foil. Binding of dark green cloth-covered boards with green leather spine and corners and gold foil lettering and rolled pattern. Green cloth strings to tie the open end together; one string attached, one string in the box, two strings missing. Inside endpapers, first and last pages are marbled; inside back cover has three dark green cloth flaps forming an envelope. Each page has gilt edging.
