Participation Guidelines

1. Students must form teams of 3 to 5 people, including, if they wish, students from other disciplines or other universities.

2. Recent graduates who wish to participate must form teams
of 2 or 3 participants.

3. The Charrette is also open to Canadian university students who are currently participating in study-abroad or exchange programs. In addition, teams may include students from foreign universities, provided that at least one team member is affiliated with one of the following institutions: McGill University, Université de Montréal, Université du Québec
à Montréal, Université Laval, Concordia University, Carleton University, Ryerson University, or University of Toronto.

4. Teams must register online and provide the names, addresses, university affiliation of the team's leader and other team members. Each team will receive a team number
for identification.

Submission Guidelines

5. Two digital panels (two A2 horizontal in a single PDF format, maximum size of 10mb) must be submitted using the form received after your registration. The team number must appear at the bottom right of the panels. File name must begin with
the team number, followed by project title.

6. A key image representing the project (format .jpeg, size between 1mb and 4mb, with the proportions of a horizontal A2, ideally 2680x1680px) must also be submitted. File name must begin with the team number, followed by project title.

7. Optional: In addition to the two compulsory digital panels, teams may choose to submit supplementary digital documents. For sound or video documents, file formats formats are limited to .avi, .mpeg4 ou .f4v format, with a maximum size of 30mb. File name must begin with the team number.

8. All project submissions (PDF and key images) will be posted on the Charrette 2015 website. The names of the authors will
be withheld until after the awards ceremony.
