This series includes the editorial, promotional and research material related to the publishing of USA Tomorrow magazine by the editor Maxwell Levinson. It contains editorial correspondence and research files, publication material including photographs and manuscripts, and some issues of the magazine. It also contains documentation and publicity material related to the Manhattan Redevelopment Competition sponsored by USA Tomorrow.

The editorial files are arranged by alphabetically, and the issues by numerically. There were some photographs which have been physically removed from the files and arranged together in one photographs subseries.
