Oued Touil Valley settlement, Algeria (1980)
1980
Project
This project series documents Umberto Riva's unrealized project for a design competition in 1980. The competition was for a new residential development in the Oued Touil Valley, near Ksar Chellala, in Algeria. The project for the settlement consisted of houses with passive solar heating.
The project series contains studies and design development drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections, as well as an aerial view of the site with Riva's annotations.
Materials in this project series have been kept in their original order.
