CCA c/o Tokyo, the second in a series of temporary initiatives that are locally anchored in different cities worldwide, launches with conversations from other perspectives. CCA Director Mirko Zardini and Chief Curator Giovanna Borasi share the strategy, mandate, and ambitions of CCA c/o Tokyo. Curator Kayoko Ota introduces current and forthcoming projects being developed through the program. Photographers Naoya Hatakeyama and Takashi Homma, architects Yoshiharu Tsukamoto, Momoyo Kaijima, and Go Hasegawa present their personal experiences collaborating with us to produce exhibitions, publications, and research. The event includes a screening of Islands and Villages, a documentary series on the posturban phenomenon in rural Japan commissioned as part of CCA c/o Tokyo.
