Project
The project series documents the installation "TERMITARIUM", an installation by Marco Pace for which Pettena wrote the accompaning text. The installation was presented in the outdoor exhibition "Photology Air" for the 2018 event "Art Trail - Osservatori", in Noto, Sicily. The installation consists of a shrub entierly wrapped in fabric with some branches and leaves pearcing out of the envelope. The fabric is painted with phosphorescent paint to make the installation visible in the dark. A sign, with Pettena's texts is placed at a distance from the installation.
The project series contains a photograph of the installation, including photographs showing the sign with Pettena's text.
Material in this project series was kept in its original order when it was first processed upon its arrival at CCA.
