The exhibition catalogue for Some Ideas on Living in London and Tokyo by Stephen Taylor and Ryue Nishizawa is due to be released in June. Publication after the opening means that the book can include installation views and new material from the architects’ first encounter. The design of the exhibition is an integral part of its experience, and the architects themselves have conceived of the presentation of their work. Stephen Taylor and Ryue Nishizawa will also meet for the first time on the occasion of the opening in Montréal. As they see the completed installation, exchange ideas, and offer more of their own views on the themes of urban living, some of our conversations will become part of the catalogue, offering an unscripted entry point into the work and the themes of the exhibition.
