The Bouchard report
The document The Montreal Harbourfront – Final Report and Recommendations proposes an action plan for the harbourfront and a timeline for execution. This report makes 31 recommendations and highlights the economic benefits of each one of these proposed initiatives. The recommendations cover the transformation of the Bonaventure Expressway; a tramway for the harbourfront; recreation, tourism and cultural activities; blue and green spaces; the development of brownfield sites; and soils management.
