MP Reproductions will participate in the University Charrette 2006 on Sunday, October 29, 2006.

During this event, our production facility, located at 210 de La Gauchetiere West, will be open from 1 PM to 4:30 PM. Orders should be received before 2:30 PM and picked up by 4:30 PM latest. We urge participants to bring us their files in person as early as possible in order for us to properly service everyone. Due to lack of personnel on our part, we kindly ask participants to refrain from sending files electronically (ie. no emails or ftp).

Our services will be limited on the day of the Charrette and we are including the following technical specifications so that participants may have the best possible service.

Services available:
Printing of posters from digital files, in colour and black/white; Precut sheets of Foamcor (A0 size) and special clips will be available for purchase. (Our mounting and laminating service will not be available on this date).

Digital File Specifications:
Files from the following softwares will be accepted: Illustrator (Mac & PC), Quark Xpress (Mac & PC), Photoshop (Mac & PC);

The following file types will be accepted as well: TIFF, EPS, and PDF

Digital files should be submitted on the following media: USB Drives, CD or DVD

Digital images must be in CMYK mode;

Digital images must have a minimum resolution of 72 dpi at final size;

A black/white laser proof must be submitted with the digital file; indicate the exact name of the digital file on the laser proof; supply all source files (including imported images, logos, etc.).

Do not use LZW compression for Photoshop Tiff files.
