This project series documents a feasibility study for an office building in St. John's, Newfoundland from 1975-1977. The office identified the project number as 7502.
This project consisted of an investigation into the feasibility of an office building at the corners of Torbay Road and Highland Drive. This is the second feasibility study for this building, the first of which began in 1974 (see project series AP018.S1.1974.PR01 described in this fonds). This project was commissioned by Craig Dobbin of Omega Investments, and was to be a 400,000 square foot building with four storeys and parking for 272 cars.
The project is recorded through correspondence and conference reports on presentation materials dating from 1975-1977.
Materials in this project series have been kept in their original order.
